Summer Associate internships are primarily for MBA candidates between their first and second years of business school.
Summer associates learn the intricacies of our business through wide-ranging projects and business-specific training. You will gain exposure to senior leaders by working on real transactions as well as through the formal mentorship program, which is a key component of the internship. In addition to the experience and training acquired on the job, summer associates have the opportunity to participate in educational seminars and various social and networking events.

Full-time Associate opportunities are primarily offered to recent MBA graduates who have completed a UBS Summer Associate internship. As an Associate, you will take part in an initial induction followed by several weeks of training relevant to your specific business area. The objective is to equip you with the skills and information you need to be able to succeed in your job. After this initial period, you will be integrated with your team. You will also have the opportunity to develop a network of colleagues and senior leaders who can serve as a resource for continuous learning.
Note that most candidates for Full-time Associate come directly from our Summer Associate internship program. In addition, this program is only offered in the Americas. If you are interested in career opportunities in other regions, we invite you to explore our job openings for experienced professionals.
If you are interested in MBA career opportunities outside our MBA associate programs, you can take a look at our job board for experienced professionals. Our Wealth Management business also recruits MBAs for our Global Emerging Market Associate Program in different markets.
