Todd Tuckner became Group CFO in 2023. In January 2026, he also took over responsibility for overseeing the Group’s governmental and regulatory affairs, including developing and maintaining the Group’s recovery and resolution plans. As Group CFO, he oversees the Group’s financial accounting, controlling, forecasting, planning and reporting processes, ensuring the transparency in and the assessment of the financial performance of the Group and the business divisions.
