Choose one of the following methods to see if you qualify:
UBS energy efficiency calculator
The overall energy efficiency class of the property is deemed as A or B, according to the UBS energy efficiency calculator. Additionally, the property does not have oil or gas heating sources.
Energy certificate
An energy certificate from one of the following standards is provided, issued within the last 10 years:
- Minergie (all sub-products)
- GEAK (overall energy efficiency A and B)
- SNBS (final score of 4/Silver or above)
- BREEAM (only Outstanding and Excellent)*
- DGNB (only Platinum and Gold)*
- LEED (only Platinum and Gold)*
- HPE/THPE (Geneva only)
Alternatively, a building permit or provisional certificate that demonstrate compliance with the above standards are accepted, until the final certificate can be provided within an agreed period, after the completion of the construction or renovation of the property.
