How do I dispute a charge to my V PAY / Maestro / Visa / Mastercard debit card?

If you discover any discrepancies in your account statement, you can dispute them within 30 days of the billing date.

Send us a message in E-Banking via “Mailbox > Message to client advisor” or in Mobile Banking via “Contact > Message to client advisor”. We would be more than happy to help clarify the situation.

If your debit card goes missing or has been stolen, block it immediately.
