To use e-banking, you need a UBS bank account, a UBS e-banking contract and a computer or tablet.

Please select the desired login method:


Login with Access app

1. Enter the contract number on the login page and click "Next". If you have any problems, please check that the contract number is correct.

2. Select "Access app" as login method (if not already preselected).

3. Start Access app on your smartphone.

4. Scan the QR code displayed on the login page.

Do you have the Access app installed on the same device as you would like to use for e-banking? Click "Send QR code to Access app" on the login page to log in to e-banking.


Login with Access Card and card reader

1. Switch on the card reader by inserting the Access Card with the chip at the front.

2. Enter the PIN and press "OK".

Please bear in mind:

Your Access Card is blocked after entering the PIN incorrectly five times. You should therefore call support after four incorrect entries.

3. Enter the contract number on the login page and click "Next". If you have any problems, please check that the contract number is correct.

4. Select "Access Card" as login method (if not already preselected).

5. Enter the six-figure input number displayed on the login page in the card reader and press "OK".

Please bear in mind:

If you enter the same number twice shortly in succession, a letter appears in place of numbers. Therefore, after entering the first number, wait about one second before entering the next number.

6. Transfer eight-figure code from the card reader to the login page and click "Login".

Is your Access Card Display showing ERROR-LEVEL1 or BATTERY LOW?

If your Access Card Display shows the message ERROR-LEVEL-1 or BATTERY LOW, you’ll need a new Access Card and a new PIN.

1. Enter the contract number on the login page and click "Next". If you have any problems, please check that the contract number is correct.
