Pâtisserie as a craft of joy
Pâtisserie as a craft of joy
All creation carries the imprint of its maker. For Nina Métayer, award-winning pastry chef and industry trailblazer, that imprint is shaped by joy, self-trust, and the desire to bring people together through something as simple and as intricate as a cake.
In collaboration with UBS Craftmakers, Métayer reflects on what guides her craft and how honoring her own needs allows her to create with intention, bringing care and joy to others through her craft.
