I can’t pay or withdraw money anymore
If you’re unable to use your card to make payments or withdraw cash, there are a few things you can do.
Tip: Note that it is only possible to withdraw an amount equal to or less than the balance in your account.

On your smartphone
Log in to the Mobile Banking app
Tap Cards
Select the Debit tab, then under each debit card you will find the IBAN of the account to which the respective card is linked
Tap on Accounts
Use the IBAN to make sure that there is enough money in the account
If the account does not have sufficient funds, you can transfer money from another UBS account at any time. To do this, tap Payments, then tap New (+) and tap Account Transfer in the list.
On your computer
Log in to E-Banking
Click Accounts & Cards, and then click Overview, under each debit card you will find the IBAN of the account to which the card is linked
Use the IBAN to ensure there is enough money in the linked account
If the account does not have sufficient funds, you can transfer money from another UBS account at any time. To do this, click Payments, and in the Shortcuts list, click Account Transfer.

Log in to the Mobile Banking App
Tap Cards

Tap the Debit tab, then tap the card with the limit you’d like to view

The currently available limits are displayed in the overview

If your limit has been reached and it can be adjusted, you can do so under Monthly limit.

Log on to E-Banking
Navigate to Accounts & Cards > Settings for cards

Under Debit Cards, click on Adjust daily and monthly limits

Select the card with the limit you’d like to change
