Priority Pass

Your existing Priority Pass account is linked to your Credit Suisse credit card and can be used until that card is closed.

To continue enjoying Priority Pass benefits with your UBS credit card, you need to create a new account to activate your Priority Pass membership. Please follow the instructions above: Become a member.

Tip: You can use the same email address as before, but you will need a new username.

If you are logged into the Priority Pass app with your previous Priority Pass account, please log out (Account > log out) and log in with your new username and password.

Only participating lounges accept the Priority Pass. Please check at the lounge reception if your Priority Pass is accepted. You can find a list of participating lounges on the Priority Pass Website or in the Priority Pass app.

During peak times, it is possible that lounges may be fully occupied and you may not be granted access.

You can cancel your membership up to six weeks before the annual renewal date. 

To do so, fill out the appropriate form on the Priority Pass website and select “Cancellation” as the reason for your request.

You can also delete your profile in the Priority Pass app: Account > Profile > Delete Account

You can find an up-to-date overview of all lounge locations in the Priority Pass app and on the Priority Pass website. 

In the app, you can search for the desired city or airport (including airport code) on the home page. 

On the website, you can search for the desired city or airport (including airport code) under “Find lounges and more”. 

In principle, you do not need to book your stay in one of the lounges in advance. Reservations are available for a fee at certain lounges.
