Prepaid and credit card refund – how does it work?
On your computer
Transfer funds from your UBS Prepaid or Credit Card (e.g., because of a refund) via E-Banking to your UBS bank account:
- Select "Payments > Account Transfer”
- Select the corresponding card as the debit account
- Select a credit account
- Enter the amount
- For an immediate transfer, select "Immediate" as the execution date
- Complete the transfer by clicking "Transfer"
On your smartphone
Transfer a positive balance from your UBS Credit Card or UBS Prepaid Card to your UBS bank account using the UBS Mobile Banking app.
1. Open the UBS Mobile Banking app.
2. Open “Payments”.
3. Select “New payment”.
4. Select “Transfer to”
5. In the “To” field, select the UBS bank account to which the money should be transferred.
6. In the “From” field, select the UBS Credit Card or UBS Prepaid Card from which the money should be transferred.
7. Enter the amount to be transferred.
8. Select the execution date.
9. Select “Next”.
10. Review the payment details.
11. Select “Pay”.
12. Confirm the information message displayed in the app.
13. The payment is submitted successfully.
