Step 1 - Enroll: Enroll in the Electronic Funds Transfer service (EFT)
Step 2 - Account Verification: (two methods)***
- Instant Account Verification - Link Your UBS Accounts with accounts you own at an external institution using your login credentials at that external financial institution.
- Manual Account Verification - Link Your UBS Accounts with accounts you own at an external institution using your external financial institution routing and account numbers.

*Your eligible UBS Accounts and the associated cash management services are offered by UBS Financial Services Inc. through third-party banks. Deposit and loan products are offered by UBS Bank.
**Only non-advisory accounts can execute online deposits into and withdrawals from UBS Cash Reserve.
***Linking your UBS accounts to external accounts through Instant Account Verification (IAV) or Manual Account Verification (MAV) is not available for any type of business account, regardless of whether the account is held away or at UBS.
To send or receive money with Zelle®, both parties must have an eligible checking or savings account. UBS Financial Services Inc. maintains an arrangement with an unaffiliated bank to provide its clients with access to checking account services through their UBS Resource Management Account.
In order to send payment requests or split payment requests to a U.S. mobile number, the mobile number must already be enrolled with Zelle®.

UBS Cash Reserve is not intended for clients who need frequent access to their funds. For non-advisory accounts, UBS Financial Services Inc. will charge $25 for each withdrawal in excess of ten (10) withdrawals in a calendar month. For advisory accounts, if you make more than ten (10) withdrawals in any month, your entire UBS Cash Reserve position (principal plus accrued interest) will be liquidated at the eleventh (11th) withdrawal and deposited in your advisory account. Your funds will not automatically go back into UBS Cash Reserve the next month. Ask your Financial Advisor to transfer funds back if you want to deposit again. A withdrawal will be considered to occur on the day on which the funds are actually withdrawn from UBS Cash Reserve, which may not be the same day on which you place an order for the withdrawal with your Financial Advisor. Any applicable fees will be posted to your account at UBS Financial Services Inc. the business day following the excess withdrawal, and may reduce your earnings. You may incur a withdrawal fee or your position may be liquidated, as applicable, even if the withdrawal is involuntary such as if a withdrawal is made by UBS Financial Services Inc. to meet a margin call.
