1 The promotional offer only applies to qualifying cash you deposit into UBS Cash Reserve. ”Qualifying cash” equals cash inflows minus cash outflows during the period commencing on July 31, 2026 and ending on the day you fund UBS Cash Reserve. Cash inflows are defined as (i) deposits from sources outside of UBS in the form of direct deposits (e.g., payroll or annuity); check deposits (including through mobile deposit capture); and wire, ACH, and other funds transfer inflows, in addition to (ii) proceeds from the sale of money market funds, mutual funds, equities, fixed income (including certificates of deposit) and other securities, (iii) proceeds from maturity or redemption of fixed income securities, (iv) dividends, and (v) interest from fixed income. Cash outflows may include checks; bill payments; ATM withdrawals and debit card purchases; autopayments (e.g., credit card); and wire, ACH, and other funds transfer outflows. Qualifying cash must be fully settled and included in the withdrawal limit for your UBS account before you can initiate a deposit into UBS Cash Reserve. This generally occurs one day after your deposit is received from an external source, or for securities sales, one day after settlement of the trade.

2 The variable rate promotion is available from August 3, 2026 through November 9, 2026 (promotional period) and is effective if you deposit $100 or more in qualifying cash into UBS Cash Reserve. Effective August 3, 2026, the APY was 3.65%. Effective September 17, 2026, the APY increased from 3.65% to 3.90%. Deposits must be received before October 30, 2026 to be eligible for the promotional offer.

The promotional APY may change at any time in accordance with the prevailing rate environment during the promotional period. However, the promotional APY will not be lower than the highest tier rate (Tier 6) then in effect for standard UBS Cash Reserve. If an adjustment is made, you may obtain the new APY by accessing your account online or contacting your Financial Advisor. The promotional period may also be extended. You may access rates and promotion end dates at ubs.com/cashreserve or by contacting your Financial Advisor.

At the end of the promotional period, the variable tiered rates on deposits in standard UBS Cash Reserve will apply (see ubs.com/cashreserve). UBS Bank reserves the right to stop accepting new deposits and terminate the offer at any time.
