The Vision Plan, administered by VSP Vision Care, can help you save money for vision care expenses such as eye examinations, eyeglasses and contact lenses. You have access to a nationwide network of vision care professionals and some benefits when you go out-of-network to receive care.

The Vision Plan includes:

• 100% coverage for in-network annual eye exams and prescription eyeglass lenses, and coverage for frames and contact lenses.
• Pre- and post-operative services and laser correction (at a discounted rate).
• There is no ID card for the Vision Program. If you choose to use a non-VSP provider, you will need to pay upfront and submit a claim to be reimbursed.
• $80 frame allowance to be used towards vision care at Sam’s Club, Walmart and Costco.
• You can choose to use your frame allowance toward ready-made, non-Rx sunglasses or non-Rx light filtering glasses (blue light glasses).
• A retail frame allowance of $160.

With the Cancer Care Engagement program, a navigator serves as your partner throughout the process to:

• Connect you to community resources such as transportation and support groups.
  

The program also comes with an app that features 24/7 support through chat, tools to help you check your symptoms and resources to answer questions about your condition.

Cigna: Oncology Clinical Consult Service

• The Cigna Healthcare Oncology Consult Service connects eligible customers’ doctors in all geographies with access to the nation’s top oncologists to review their treatment and diagnosis. In many cases, oncology consult reviews recommended less intensive treatment than the initial plan from the treating provider, which can help improve outcomes and lower costs. Cigna's Oncology Clinical Consult Service:Provides access to premier oncology care, regardless of where members live;
• Reviews the member’s medical records, issues diagnosis and treatment plan recommendations, and shares them with the treating oncologist for consideration; and

• Ensures the best care for members and improves outcomes with no treatment delays.

Hello Heart is a digital heart health program that gives you simple, personalized tools to better understand your numbers, build healthier habits, and take control of your heart health.

With Hello Heart, you can:

• Track blood pressure, cholesterol, medications, activity, and weight
• Use a connected, FDA-cleared blood pressure monitor
• Get personalized insights and coaching
• Share your heart health progress with your doctor

Who’s eligible?
