Family Planning and Building

Progyny provides expert guidance and personalized care across fertility and family building, pregnancy and postpartum and menopause and midlife support. Whether you’re exploring fertility options, undergoing treatment, preparing for parenthood or navigating menopause, Progyny offers seamless virtual and in-person care tailored to your needs.

What’s included:

  • Fertility and Family Building: Access top fertility specialists, dedicated care advocates and coverage for treatment, medication and cryopreservation. Click here(PDF, 149 KB) for more information.
  • Pregnancy and Postpartum: Receive one-on-one support from a dedicated Pregnancy and Postpartum Coach (PPC) and gain access to exclusive resources designed to guide you through each milestone with confidence.
  • Menopause and Midlife Care: Virtual care for every stage of menopause, with support for the unique symptoms and health needs that arise during midlife.

Eligibility
Employees and spouses enrolled in an eligible Aetna, Cigna or Anthem medical plan have access to fertility, menopause, midlife and pregnancy or postpartum support. Dependent children are not typically eligible, except in cases of gender dysphoria or onco-fertility services. All benefits-eligible employees are eligible for adoption and surrogacy reimbursement.

In addition to having access to Progyny to navigate the adoption and surrogacy process, UBS provides financial assistance of up to $25,000 per child for eligible employees who are adopting a child or who become parents to a new child through surrogacy. UBS also provides expense reimbursement for failed attempts related to adoption and surrogacy, up to $25,000 for eligible costs associated with each failed adoption and/or surrogacy attempt. For more information or to get started, contact Progyny at +1-888-254-9840.
