Amy Lo is Chairman, UBS Global Wealth Management Asia, Co-Head of Wealth Management Asia Pacific, Head and Chief Executive of UBS Hong Kong. Amy has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Since joining UBS in 1995, she has held a number of senior management positions including Regional Head of Ultra High Net Worth and Global Family Office in Asia. Today, the ultra-high net worth business is the leading wealth manager for ultra-high net worth individuals in the region.

Actively involved in the development of the private banking industry in Hong Kong, Amy chairs the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Private Wealth Management Association (PWMA), and is a Board Member of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) and the Hong Kong Academy for Wealth Legacy. She is also a member of the Banking Industry Training Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Education Bureau and an advisor of Our Hong Kong Foundation. She was previously a member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee Financial Infrastructure Sub-Committee of Hong Kong Monetary Authority.

A passionate supporter of youth education and technological innovation in Greater China, Amy is a member of The Court and the MBA Advisory Board at The University of Hong Kong, and a member of the Advisory Committee of the Department of Social Work at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a Board Member of the UBS Optimus Foundation, the independent grant-making foundation that helps UBS clients improve the education and welfare of children globally.

In recognition of her contribution to the wealth management industry, Amy was named CEO of the Year in the Citywire Asia Private Banking Awards 2025. She was also recognized as Private Banker of the Year in the Asian Private Banker Awards for Distinction 2020 and 2023. In 2018, she received the Executive Award at the DHL/SCMP Business Awards for her efforts in building UBS as a corporate citizen in Hong Kong. She was also named by a top-tier Chinese media, China Business News, as one of the "Hong Kong Top 20 in the next 20 years" for her contribution to innovation developments in 2017.

Andrea ma

Andrea Ma is the Head of Healthcare Investment at Swire Pacific Limited, where she oversees the group’s strategic direction and investments in the healthcare sector. She has more than 17 years of experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Swire, Andrea served as an Executive Director in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., where she advised private wealth clients and family offices across Asia ex-Japan.

She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Nomination Committee of Mirxes Holding Limited, a Singapore-based mRNA company specializing in early cancer detection.

Andrea graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University with a B.A. in International Relations.

Andy Ng

Andy Ng, Director, is the Head of iShares Equity Product Strategy within BlackRock’s Global Product Solutions business. He is responsible for the commercialization, narratives, and development of the firm’s Equity ETF business in the Asia Pacific region. His team represents the equity franchise to investors delivering thought leadership, insights, client engagement and technical analysis.

Before assuming his current role, Andy was a member of BlackRock's EII APAC Investment Strategy and Product Consulting team, responsible for delivering trade ideas and actionable market insights across asset classes to clients using iShares products.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Andy worked at Vanguard, as an Investment Product Specialist responsible for providing investment strategy and product recommendations to clients and sales teams. Prior to Vanguard, Andy was a Portfolio Manager at JP Morgan Asset Management Multi Asset Solutions group. He managed multi asset portfolios for Asia’s institutional clients and Hong Kong Mutual Funds. As part of his role, he was responsible for fund selection, portfolio construction and tactical asset allocation analysis. He began his investment career with BlackRock in the Asia Equity team as an Equity Specialist.

Andy has a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Master of Commerce in Funds Management from the University of New South Wales.

Antoine Blondeau

Antoine Blondeau is a technology investor and a visionary entrepreneur, starting in the deep Artificial Intelligence space as early as 1998. Since 2017 he is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Alpha Intelligence Capital, a venture capital firm investing in Artificial Intelligence companies globally. Prior to that, he worked for 25 years in the technology industry, primarily based out of San Francisco and Hong Kong. In addition to holding senior leadership positions at Good Technology, Salesforce.com, and Sybase, Antoine was the CEO of Dejima, which developed the technology that later evolved into Apple’s Siri. He was also chief operating officer of publicly-listed Zi Corporation, whose smart text input software was embedded in hundreds of millions of devices. He was also the co-founder and CEO of Sentient Technologies, one of the most advanced AI platform companies in the US. He is the author of 4 patents.

In addition, Antoine is an advisor to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR & Co.), Pictet et Cie., BITKRAFT Ventures, and board chair of crypto.com, one of the world’s largest blockchain and cryptocurrency full-service platforms. Antoine has lived and worked in six countries – the United States; Japan; Hong Kong, China; Germany; France; and the United Arab Emirates.

Bruce flatt

Chairman & CEO, Brookfield

Bruce Flatt is the Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield, a global investment firm focused on alternative asset management, wealth solutions, and its operating businesses, with over $1 trillion in assets under management. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.

Bruce joined Brookfield in 1990 and became CEO in 2002. Under his leadership, Brookfield has developed a global operating presence in more than 30 countries.

Bruce has served on many public company boards over the past three decades.

Claire Tsui currently serves as the North Asia Head of Client Development, Global Wealth Management, and Head of Strategic Business Development, UBS Hong Kong. Joining UBS from Credit Suisse, Claire was previously the North Asia Head of Strategic Advisory and Private Asset Group, Wealth Management, as one of the youngest female Managing Directors in APAC.

Claire started her career and spent the first ten years of her career in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs Asia in Financial Institutions Group and Equity Capital Markets, when she executed four of the top ten largest ever IPOs in the history of Hong Kong capital markets, with multiple award-winning transactions.

As a graduate from Columbia University in the City of New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics as a Global Scholar, and from Li Po Chun United World College with an International Baccalaureate, Claire was recently named by World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader and currently serves as a Local Co-Chair for Hong Kong Chapter. She has also recently completed Executive Education at the Kennedy School, Harvard University, and AI Education Module at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Cynthia Chen

Cynthia Chen is Chairlady, Executive Director and President of Pulnovo Medical, where she provides strategic leadership and oversees global operations. She brings a strong international perspective and deep capital markets expertise. Under her leadership, Pulnovo Medical has achieved significant global milestones, including securing seven FDA certifications; gaining market approvals abroad; and establishing a clinical footprint in multiple countries. This has fast-tracked the company's path to becoming a global MedTech enterprise with full operational capabilities. During this period, Cynthia led the company’s capital markets efforts, successfully completing multiple financing rounds with top-tier investors like OrbiMed, Qiming Venture Partners, Lilly Asia Ventures (LAV), EQT, and Gaorong Capital, while building a truly multinational executive team.

Her achievements have been widely recognized through multiple awards, including successive appearances on both the Forbes Asia and Forbes China “30 Under 30” lists, repeated selection as a Hurun U30 China Entrepreneur Leader, and features in the Forbes China Top 100 Global Chinese Elites and 36Kr’s Most Notable Female Entrepreneurs. She was also selected for the United Nations China Europe Outstanding Tech Entrepreneur Program and honored as a “Technology Leading Talent.”

Cynthia holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and a Master’s from Columbia University, and has completed executive education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Eva Lee is the Head of Greater China Equities at UBS Global Wealth Management Chief Investment Office in Hong Kong. She joined UBS in September 2011 and led a team covering HK/China property research sector. Eva built up and held up the top 3 positions in Asia Real Estate research in the Institutional Investors poll of 2016/17/18.

Eva has covered the HK/China property sector for the last 21 years at UBS, before that, at Macquarie, ING, Credit Suisse and HSBC. Eva is a member of Chartered Financial Analysts, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants

Jamee Wong

Jamee has been in the wealth management & investment banking industry for over 20 years. He graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his Masters in Finance and Wealth Management from the joint degree program of University of Rochester (USA) and University of Bern (Switzerland). Jamee previously served as a panel member of the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal. At present he is a Managing Director of Global Wealth Management at UBS AG in Hong Kong and Business Sector Head leading the Private Client Greater China team. He is a CFA charter-holder since 2008.

James Bullard

James Bullard
Former President, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis

James “Jim” Bullard, was the longest serving president of Federal Reserve Banks and is one of the nation’s foremost economists and respected scholar-leaders.

Serving 15 years as the president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, Bullard earned significant praise and accolades for his long-standing leadership and innovative thinking as part of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) in guiding the direction of U.S. monetary policy. A noted economist and scholar, Bullard had been the longest-serving Federal Reserve Bank president in the country and ranked as the seventh-most influential economist in the world in 2014. His scholarly impact has been based on research-based thinking and intellectual openness to new theories and explanations. That allowed Bullard to be an early voice for economic change, helping the Federal Reserve deftly navigate complex economic landscapes such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the financial crisis during his tenure.

Before becoming president in 2008, Bullard served in various roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, starting in 1990 as an economist in the research division and later serving as vice president and deputy director of research for monetary analysis. For 15 years, he directed the activities of the Federal Reserve’s Eighth District, which branches into several states, including an extensive portion of southern Indiana. While serving on the Federal Reserve’s Open Market Committee, Macroeconomic Advisers named Bullard the FOMC's second biggest mover of markets in 2010 behind Chairman Ben Bernanke and the biggest mover of markets in 2011 and 2013.

During his time as an academic economist and financial policy scholar, Bullard’s research has appeared in premier journals, including the American Economic Review; the Journal of Monetary Economics; Macroeconomic Dynamics; and the Journal of Money, Credit and Banking. The majority of his research is some form of macroeconomic analysis, focusing on monetary policy, inflation/deflation, and macroeconomic stability.

Bullard served as an honorary professor of economics at Washington University in St. Louis, where he also sat on the advisory council of the economics department as well as several advisory boards. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch named him the Top Workplace Leader among the region’s large employers as part of its 2018 Top Workplace Awards. Active in the community, Bullard has served on the board of directors of Concordance Academy of Leadership in St. Louis and was formerly the board chair of the United Way U.S.A. He is co-editor of the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, a member of the editorial advisory board of the National Institute Economic Review and a member of the Central Bank Research Association’s senior council.

Born in Wisconsin, Bullard grew up in Forest Lake, Minnesota, and received his doctorate in economics from Indiana University in Bloomington. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in economics and in quantitative methods and information systems from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Jon Gordon

Jon Gordon is a cross-asset strategist with the UBS Global Wealth Management Chief Investment Office (GWM CIO) in Hong Kong. Jon is a key contributor the bank’s daily briefings and research notes for wealth clients, delivering context and actionable views on fast-moving developments that directly impact client portfolios. As a key contributor to the UBS Circle One project, Jon is leading a shift to multimedia research, and helping the bank to reshape now wealthy clients make and execute investment decisions.

Prior to UBS, Jon worked as TV host and journalist in China and the APAC region, contributing to CNBC, Reuters and the BBC. He holds an MBA in Corporate finance from Spain’s IE university.

Min Lan Tan

Min Lan Tan

Min Lan Tan is the Head of the Asia Pacific Investment Office at UBS Global Wealth Management Chief Investment Office since July 2013. She serves as a member of the House View Investment Forum and Asia Investment Meeting, which formulate the regional and global UBS House View.

Prior to joining UBS Global Wealth Management, Min Lan spent eleven years with the UBS Investment Bank where she held several senior appointments.

Between 2002-2012, Min Lan was the Head of Research and Strategist at UBS Securities Singapore. Over this period, the research team was top ranked across key institutional surveys and Min Lan was personally ranked the number 1 analyst in Singapore by Asiamoney for ten consecutive years.

In 2006, as UBS expanded its equities footprint in Asia Pacific, she was concurrently appointed the Head of Equities for the Singapore hub, with oversight of research, sales, trading and execution, prime brokerage, risk managed products, exchange traded derivatives and bank for banks.

In 2012, Min Lan moved into the FICC division to become the Global Head of FICC Macro Strategy Research. She was put in charge of teams covering global asset allocation, global emerging markets, fixed income, FX and credit research.

Before joining UBS, Min Lan was a senior economist with the Econometric Modelling unit at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, as well as an economist and strategist at Merrill Lynch covering the Asian equities markets.

Min Lan holds a Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is a CFA charter holder. She sits on the Board of Trustees of the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

Norman Chan

Former Chief Executive, Hong Kong Monetary Authority

Dr. Norman Chan was the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in October 2009 - September 2019. During this period, he was a member of the Financial Stability Board (FSB) established by G20 and served as Chairman of FSB's Standing Committee on Supervisory and Regulatory Cooperation in April 2017 - August 2019.

In 1976, Dr. Chan graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and joined the Hong Kong Government Administrative Service. He left the Administrative Service in 1993 to join the HKMA as Executive Director and served as Deputy Chief Executive in 1996 - 2005. He then joined the Standard Chartered Bank as Vice Chairman, Asia in December 2005 - June 2007. He was the Director of the Chief Executive of the HKSAR's Office in July 2007 - August 2009. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Chung Chi College of CUHK since August 2021 and Vice Chairman of CUHK Council since April 2023.

Dr. Chan received Honorary Doctoral Degrees from the City University in 2020, Lingnan University in 2021, Shue Yan University in 2022 and the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2023.

Dr. Chan has founded a Fintech company, RD Technologies, in 2020. He is the Founding Chairman of Hong Kong Institute of Web3.0, which was established in April 2023.

Solita

Solita Marcelli

Solita Marcelli is Global Head of Investment Management for UBS Global Wealth Management. In this capacity, she leads an organization dedicated to delivering world-class investment solutions tailored to client needs across the Americas, APAC, EMEA, and Switzerland. Solita oversees the full suite of discretionary, advisory, and investment fund offerings globally—which account for over USD 2 trillion in client assets.

Previously, Solita served as Chief Investment Officer Americas for UBS Global Wealth Management, where most recently she led both the CIO Research and Investment Solutions businesses in the region. Prior to UBS, Solita was the Global Head of Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) for Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan.

Solita is widely recognized as a thought leader in the industry and is featured frequently in the financial media. She has been recognized as one of the 100 most influential women in US finance by Barron’s and one of the 25 most powerful women in finance by American Banker. Outside of UBS, she currently serves on the Board of the UJA Federation of New York and was the 2022 recipient of UJA’s Alan C. Greenberg Leadership Award. She is a fellow of the 2018 Class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Solita holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BA in Economics and History from Brandeis University.

Wayne Gordon

Wayne leads CIO GWM investment advisory and research for APAC. He is also responsible for CIO’s Australian/ New Zealand equities portfolio, rates, and foreign exchange. Wayne is a global natural resources investment specialist and co-manages the global commodities and resources portfolios, including precious metals and the Power & Resources certificate. As part of the APAC Investment Committee and the Asset Allocation team, he plays a key role in the formulation and communication of the UBS House View via key publications and at client events, industry conferences and in the media.

Before joining UBS, Wayne worked at Merricks Capital in Australia (an Australia-based hedge fund/ private lender), co-managing a proprietary longshort multi-asset commodities fund. Prior to that, he was the global head of commodity trading analytics at UBS Investment Bank, based in New York. His focus was on proprietary trading, index product development and corporate risk management strategies. Wayne has also held positions at Rabobank International as chief agribusiness economist (Australia and New Zealand), and the Australian Federal Treasury as a senior economist.

Wayne has been and continues to be a frequent contributor to CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Fox Business, and has been quoted in reports by Reuters, the Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal.

Xuesong Zhao

Xuesong joined Polar Capital in May 2012 as a lead analyst with responsibility for all-sector coverage in Asia and for the global semiconductor and semiconductor equipment industries. He is Lead Manager of the Polar Capital Artificial Intelligence Fund and a Fund Manager on the Polar Capital Technology Trust and the Polar Capital Global Technology Fund.

Prior to joining Polar Capital, he spent four years as an investment analyst on the Emerging Markets & Asia team at Aviva Investors, covering the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. Before that, he worked as a quantitative analyst and risk manager for the emerging market debt team at Pictet Asset Management. He began his career in 2005 as a financial engineer at Algorithmics, now part of IBM.

Yifan

Yifan Hu
Chief Investment Officer Greater China & Head Macroeconomics APAC, UBS Global Wealth Management

Dr Yifan Hu joins us as Chief Investment Officer Greater China & Head Macroeconomics Asia Pacific. She is based in Hong Kong, and serves as a member of the CIO Asia and China Investment Committee. Working alongside the investment teams globally and in Asia Pacific, Yifan is helping shape CIO's macroeconomic and investment views on APAC.

Yifan has held several Chief Economist positions since 2007, most recently at Haitong International where she was tasked with leading H-share equity research. Prior to this role, Yifan worked as a Chief Economist at CITIC Securities, China Economist at France's Natixis, and China Strategist at Merrill Lynch. Her views and columns can be found in leading financial media.

Prior to that, Yifan was an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Economics at the University of Hong Kong and published extensively in the international and Chinese academic journals. Yifan has considerable experiences in research and consulting, and served in various prestigious organizations including the World Bank and The Peterson Institute for International Economics (PIIE) in Washington D.C
Yifan received her Ph.D in Economics from Georgetown University and B.S. in Economics from Zhejiang University.
