From 4 to 12 December 2025 UBS Switzerland AG will carry out a capital increase with subscription rights for UBS «Siat». Official subscription rights trading will take place on the SIX Swiss Exchange from 4 to 10 December 2025.
In addition, the fund management company has fixed the distribution for UBS «Siat» and UBS «Anfos» based on the funds results as at 30 September 2025.
