Portrait of Amanda Rebello

London, 28 July 2025 – UBS Asset Management (UBS AM) today announces the appointment of Amanda Rebello as Head of ETF and Index Fund Sales, effective 16 September. Amanda succeeds Clemens Reuter, who is retiring after 15 years at UBS and more than 30 years in the industry. UBS AM's ETF and Index Fund capabilities are part of its wider leading index tracking business with USD 823 billion in invested assets.

Amanda brings a strong leadership track record and deep industry expertise across active and passive ETFs in both EMEA and North America. She joins UBS AM from DWS, where she was previously head of Xtrackers Sales for US Onshore, based in New York. Prior to that, she worked at BlackRock in London where she held a number of senior roles within the iShares business including leading sales for ETF-linked structured products and derivatives in the EMEA region.

Amanda will be based in London and become a member of UBS AM’s Client Coverage Management Forum, reporting to André Mueller. She and Clemens will work closely together to ensure a seamless transition and continued momentum building on the launch of UBS AM’s first Active ETF, and a Core range across both Equity and Fixed Income ETFs.

Andre Mueller, Head of Client Coverage, UBS AM:

Amanda’s appointment reflects our commitment to accelerating our growth in this strategically important area. I am confident that she is strongly positioned to take the business to the next level in this highly competitive space as we continue to evolve our offering and expand our capabilities globally.
