Sustainability certifications assess a property’s performance based on environmental and wider sustainability criteria. Sustainability certifications enable investors, owners, managers and occupiers to determine and drive sustainable improvements in the design, construction and operational performance of their assets. With so many different types of certifications available globally, our strategy is to improve our investments by obtaining the certification that is most applicable to a given asset based on property type and geographic region.
