Our ten-week Global Banking Analyst Program is designed to provide candidates that have completed their sophomore year with exposure to UBS and the financial services industry through a unique summer internship experience.

Our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) business is one of the best in the industry. We've got the breadth and depth of experience to manage complex transactions for both public and private clients.
Our ECM team provide advisory and execution services to companies looking to raise capital through IPO, secondary equity offering, or equity linked transactions as well as equity derivative solutions and bespoke private financing solutions for our clients.
Arranging onshore and offshore bond issuances, as well as providing the syndicate funtion and associated liability derivatives.
Providing clients with comprehensive global financing solutions for transaction based financing, including corporate acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs.
Provides global distribution for Private Equity and infrastructure funds and advises on all aspects relating to fundraising.

As a participant, you'll be part of a business that provides integrated solutions in advisory, equity, debt and leveraged capital markets and financing. You'll also have direct exposure to management and 1-on-1 mentorship. You will collaborate with deal teams on live projects, and the summer will culminate with a final project presented to a team of senior bankers.

Who we're looking for:
You must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and in your penultimate year of study. You'll need to be on track for a credit average or equivalent and have your official transcripts to prove this.
Who we're looking for
Candidates must be enrolled in a four year bachelor’s degree program and have completed their sophomore year prior to the commencement of employment. A cumulative minimum GPA of 3.2 is strongly preferred. Official transcripts will be required to verify GPA.
