Our program in a nutshell
Learning doesn’t stop at graduation.
Break into the industry and widen your scope with our UBS Graduate Talent Program (GTP). With the chance to receive one-on-one coaching from some of the best in the industry, our 18–24-month graduate program is the best way to start your career. In most divisions, rotation is key to our training, so, you’ll work across different teams, learning all there is to know about financial markets, our services, products and UBS day-to-day. You’ll build your network and take on real responsibility in an environment that's designed to help you thrive.

Your development
From the moment you join our graduate program, you’ll be supported by our experienced Junior Talent team for anything you might need, along with your line manager and buddy who'll work with you throughout. GTP Induction kickstarts your program, an interactive 2-day training schedule to introduce you to all aspects of life at UBS. And our Ready 4 Work training will prepare you for your job.
