UBS Operations professionals work with systems, processes, clients and third-party settlement organizations to create a lean but controlled infrastructure. We are committed to client service excellence. Our aim is to continually improve the delivery of clients' post-trade experience through rigorous analysis and disciplined application.

In keeping with the diversity of our work, there is no typical role. Areas of focus may include business analysis, change management, relationship management or risk control. You may also lead shared initiatives to help change and improve a wide variety of products, systems and processes as program manager or project manager.

Working closely with front-office staff and external clients across business lines and time zones, you will identify opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our global operating platform. Your strong communication skills, versatility, commercial acumen and pragmatic approach will all be put to good use as you move through progressively greater responsibility and develop your career.
