Marco Bucher develops and manages retirement planning solutions at UBS for clients who want to take control of their own retirement planning. His focus is on vested benefits and 1e pension solutions for pillar 2. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that these products are easy to understand, legally compliant and tailored to clients’ needs.
Marco Bucher has been working in the pension sector since 2010 and has extensive experience of the Swiss pension system. His previous positions include managing director of pension funds and senior positions in human resources and corporate banking.
Thanks to his deep understanding of the regulatory framework conditions, he makes a significant contribution to the development of sustainable and future-proof pension solutions for the Swiss market.
