Priority Pass: Airport lounge access

Your UBS Mastercard Excellence gives you access to over 1,300 airport lounges worldwide with the Priority Pass.

Lounges are the ideal place to relax and have a bite to eat if you're early for your flight or it's delayed. The Priority Pass and any entries are free for you and a friend traveling with you.

To gain access to an airport lounge, simply present your UBS Mastercard Excellence at the lounge entrance. Please note that credit cards saved to a digital wallet (e.g., Apple Pay) are not supported.

What if you don’t always have your physical credit card at hand? Then you can sign up for a digital Priority Pass membership card on the Priority Pass website and add it to your digital wallet.

This is how:

  • Follow the link and navigate to Activate Your Account > Payment Card Number
  • Enter the card number of your UBS Mastercard Excellence
  • Follow the further instructions

    Emergency Assistance Center

    Replacing a lost card

    In case of a lost card, you’ll receive a free replacement card as quickly as possible and can request cash.

    Legal assistance

    Providing an attorney on location as needed, advances of up to EUR 40,000 for deposits and help with submitting liability claims against third parties.

    Medical assistance

    In case of illness or accident when traveling abroad, the UBS Excellence Assistance Center will assist you and

    • finds a doctor or hospital nearby
    • arranges transportation to the nearest hospital, if needed
    • processes payment of upfront costs for hospital stays
    • organizes your transfer – if medical conditions allow – to an appropriate hospital near your home

    Requirement for insurance coverage Shop Garant, collision damage waiver (CDW) and loss damage waiver (LDW): Payment for at least 50% of the amount of the rental vehicle and the insured item purchased (Shop Garant) using the UBS Mastercard Excellence main card or an associated second or partner card that is part of the Excellence structure.

At your request, we’ll provide you with up to five additional cards (with separate billing, if needed): two additional UBS Mastercard Excellence Cards and three additional UBS credit cards such as UBS Platinum, UBS key4 premium and/or UBS Visa Gold in pound sterling. Those closest to you can thus also enjoy the benefits of a UBS Mastercard Excellence Card. These credit cards are available in Swiss francs, euros, US dollars or pound sterling (UBS Visa Gold only).

    You receive KeyClub points every quarter depending on how much you spend with your Excellence card. You can redeem these points for offers from our KeyClub partners (1 KeyClub point = 1 Swiss franc).
