In this case the Access app has to be reactivated for security reasons.

To do this you first have to deactivate the Access app. You have the following two options:

  • In e-banking under "Settings > Security > Access app" or "Offerings > Means of access > Access app"
  • Via e-banking Support, phone 0848 848 064 (from abroad +41 848 848 064)

Then you have to go through the activation process again (see Activation).
