Access App requirements

1. Download the Access App from your app store by scanning the QR code.

2. Open Access App and enter your contract number

3. Enter the last four digits of your mobile number

4. Enter the code from the sms we send you

5. Tap No, I don’t have a PIN

Tip: Want to activate Access App on a new device but don’t have access to your old one?

An activation PIN will be mailed to you automatically via post

Important: When your activation PIN arrives, you’ll need to go through the standard Access App activation process.
