Staff at Toast Ale have been celebrating their many awards of the past year – quite possibly with a bevvy or two.
The brewery uses surplus bread to make craft beer – and ploughs its profits into the anti-food waste charity Feedback.
And 2018 looks set to be another good year; Toast are finalists in the Circulars – an initiative of the World Economic Forum to recognise contributions to the circular economy. The awards will be hosted at the WEF's meeting in January in Davos.
