Zurich, 8 September 2026 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding GBP 750,000,000 7.000 per cent Fixed Rate Reset Senior Callable Notes due 2027 with ISIN CH1211713180 (the "Senior Notes") on the optional redemption date, 30 September 2026.
The last trading day of the Senior Notes will be 28 September 2026. The Senior Notes were issued by Credit Suisse Group AG on 7 September 2022 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
