Zurich, 16 July 2026 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding US$1,750,000,000 Fixed Rate/Fixed Rate Callable Senior Notes due August 2027 with ISIN US902613AS79 / USH42097DK09 (the "2022 Senior Notes”) on the optional redemption date, 5 August 2026. The last trading day of the 2022 Senior Notes will be 3 August 2026. The 2022 Senior Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 5 August 2022 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

UBS also announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding US$2,000,000,000 Fixed Rate/Fixed Rate Senior Notes due August 2027 with ISIN US902613AH15 / USH42097CM73 (the "2021 Senior Notes") on the optional redemption date, 10 August 2026. The last trading day of the 2021 Senior Notes will be 6 August 2026. The 2021 Senior Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 10 August 2021 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
