Zurich, 23 June 2026 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding USD 750,000,000 5.125 per cent Tier 1 Capital Notes with ISIN CH0558521263 (the “Notes”) on the first call date, 29 July 2026. The last trading day of the Notes will be 27 July 2026. The Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 29 July 2020 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
