Zurich, 13 May 2026 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding EUR 1,250,000,000 1.25% Senior Notes due September 2026 with ISIN CH0336602930 (the "2026 Notes") on the optional redemption date, 1 June 2026. The last trading day of the 2026 Notes will be 28 May 2026. The 2026 Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 1 September 2016 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

UBS also announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding EUR 1,000,000,000 2.750% Fixed Rate/ Fixed Rate Callable Senior Notes due June 2027 with ISIN CH1194000340 (the "2027 Notes ") on the optional redemption date, 15 June 2026. The last trading day of the 2027 Notes will be 11 June 2026. The 2027 Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 15 June 2022 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
