In anticipation of the upcoming merger with UBS Mixed Urban, UBS Direct Urban is submitting a revised half-year financial statement and will make an extraordinary distribution of net income for the period from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the fund contract.
