Zurich, 23 January 2026 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding AUD 60,000,000 Zero Coupon Accreting Callable Senior Notes due 9 February 2038 with ISIN CH1244731761 (the "Senior Notes") on the optional redemption date, 9 February 2026. The last trading day of the Senior Notes will be 5 February 2026. The Senior Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 9 February 2023 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
