Zurich, 15 January 2026 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding U.S.$2,000,000,000 1.305% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Callable Notes due January 2027 with ISIN US225401AT54 (the "Senior Notes") on the optional redemption date, 2 February 2026. The last trading day of the Senior Notes will be 29 January 2026. The Senior Notes were issued by Credit Suisse Group AG on 2 February 2021 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
