Zurich, 8 January 2026 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding U.S.$1,300,000,000 Fixed Rate/Fixed Rate Senior Notes due January 2027 with ISIN US902613AC28 (the "Senior Notes") on the optional redemption date, 30 January 2026. The last trading day of the Senior Notes will be 28 January 2026. The Senior Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 30 July 2020 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
