Zurich, 19 December 2025 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding US$1,750,000,000 Fixed Rate/Fixed Rate Callable Senior Notes due January 2027 with ISIN US902613AU26 (144A)/USH42097DS35 (Reg S) (the "Senior Notes") on the optional redemption date, 12 January 2026.

The last trading day of the Senior Notes will be 8 January 2026. The Senior Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 12 January 2023 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
