Zurich, 1 October 2025 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding EUR 2,000,000,000 2.125% Fixed Rate Reset Senior Callable Notes due 2026 with ISIN CH1174335732 (the "Notes") on the optional redemption date, 13 October 2025. The last trading day of the Notes will be 9 October 2025. The Notes were issued by Credit Suisse Group AG on 24 March 2022 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
