UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG as fund management company and State Street Bank International GmbH, Munich, Zurich branch, as custodian bank intend to amend the fund contract for the specified umbrella fund, subject to the approval of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
