UBS «Anfos» with portfolio growth of around CHF 120 million

UBS «Anfos» increased its rental income by CHF 6.9 million to CHF 137.9 million in the 2023/2024 financial year, an increase of 5.3%. The income-related increase in the value of existing properties and the valuation gains from new construction projects resulted in an attractive investment yield of 5.7%. At the end of the financial year, the market value of the property portfolio rose by CHF 121.2 million to CHF 3.3 billion. The fund was able to increase its net asset value per unit by 2.8% to CHF 66.68 and achieved a performance of 20.3% above the overall market (SXI Real Estate Funds TR 15.3%).

The ex-date of the distribution is 26 November 2024 and the value date is 28 November 2024.
