We are writing to notify you of the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company, to close the (hedged to EUR) A-dis share class of the Fund MSCI USA Socially Responsible UCITS ETF with effect from 15 December 2023, in accordance with the powers provided to the Board in the Constitution.
