Zurich/Basel, 18 April 2023 – UBS announced its intention to redeem the total outstanding of the CHF 400m 0.625% Fixed Rate Senior Notes with ISIN CH0365501516 (the “Notes”) on 18 May 2023, the first optional redemption date. Considering that the optional redemption date is not a business day, the redemption and payment will occur on 19 May 2023, the early redemption date. The Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 18 May 2017 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
