The board of directors of the Fund (the "Board") hereby informs the shareholders of the Sub-Funds that UBS Asset Management Switzerland AG, Zurich, the portfolio manager of the Sub-Funds, will be replaced by UBS Asset Management (UK) Ltd, with effect as of 14 July 2020.
