Zurich/Basel, 10 January 2020 – UBS announced its intention to redeem the total outstanding USD 1.25bn perpetual additional tier 1 instrument with ISIN CH0271428317 (the "AT1 instrument") on 19 February 2020, the first optional redemption date. The AT1 instrument was issued by UBS Group AG on 19 February 2015 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
