Reference is made to UBS Custody News Flash dd. December 18, 2018. In the meantime UBS Switzerland AG (UBS) has been negotiating the formerly announced tax refund payment instruction changes with the Finance and Refunding Divisions of the Swiss Federal Tax administration (Swiss FTA) in Berne. We are pleased to inform you that the current process for tax refund payments will remain unchanged for our clients.
