Successful reopening of Swiss real estate investment group UBS AST-KIS, worth around CHF 58 million

With a subscription result of around CHF 199 million (before deductions), the capital increase for the UBS AST-KIS investment group in June was once again very successful. An issue volume of some CHF 58 million was generated as a result of promising acquisitions, which corresponds to an allotment ratio of 29%. This is a strong signal and a vote of confidence from our institutional investors. The pleasing result is also likely attributable to the solid track record of UBS AST-KIS, with a three-year performance of 4.9% according to the annual financial statements of September 30, 2017.

The UBS AST-KIS investment group comprises a portfolio of 41 properties with a market value of CHF 664 million as at July 1, 2018. Thanks to a broad diversification across different regions, sectors and tenants from various fields of activity, it is ideally positioned for further, selective portfolio expansion.
