New York, February 12, 2018 - UBS had five advisor teams named to the 2018 PLANADVISER "Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisors" list. Nominees were evaluated based on retirement plan assets and number of plans. Teams selected were placed across four categories, according to size (individual, small, large, and mega).

"These Advisors are leading the way in developing strategic resources and solutions to fit the complex and evolving needs of businesses and their employees," said Brian Hull, Head of Wealth Management USA. "These five teams have done a great job in delivering for their clients and helping them create robust offerings for their employees. They should take great pride in everything this achievement represents."

"Our institutional clients rely on their Advisors to provide sound advice and tailor-made strategies to help them prepare for the future," said Mike McGovern, Head of Corporate and Institutional Advisory Solutions, Wealth Management USA. "They have done tremendous work of leveraging our firm's global resources to meet their clients' needs, and I look forward to supporting their continued growth and success."

METHODOLOGY:

The PLANADVISER Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisers award is based solely on self-reported quantitative data about an adviser’s practice, including number of retirement plan assets under advisement, number of plans under advisement, and percentage of business coming from defined benefit, 403(b) and nonqualified plans. Because this recognition is based solely on quantitative figures, there is no judging or subjective measurement. Neither UBS Financial Services Inc. nor its employees pay a fee in exchange for this award.
