New York, February 5, 2018 - On Wall Street's 2017 "40 under 40" list named nine UBS Financial Advisors to its annual rankings. The publication says that its annual list highlights "young financial Advisors who share a commitment to hard work, but have deployed very different tactics in building their practices."
"In an industry built upon relationships, these Advisors are doing an excellent job of offering the kind of customized advice that helps their clients working toward their financial and personal goals," said Brian Hull, Head of Wealth Management USA and Wealth Management USA Management Committee Co-chair. "These Advisors are part of the generation that will shape the future of our business and our industry, and I'm really pleased that they're receiving this well-deserved recognition. Congratulations to all of them."
Keith Apton, a 39 year-old UBS Financial Advisor based in Washington DC, made the top ten list. He was ranked eighth and was featured in On Wall Street's "Profiles of Success" column. In the article, Apton credited his success to his deep client relationships, saying, "I spend a lot of time developing good personal relationship with foundations. Getting to know who they are as human beings and having them get to know me."
Finalists for the ranking had to be no older than 39 as of December 31, 2017 and be employed at the regional broker-dealers. Production totals were used to determine the rankings.
