The board of directors of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of UBS ETF SICAV – MSCI Japan hedged to GBP UCITS ETF, (GBP) A-dis that it has resolved to merge this share class into UBS ETF SICAV – MSCI Japan UCITS ETF, (hedged to GBP) A-dis as of 25 August, 2017.
