UBS ETF SICAV – Notice to Shareholders – Merger

The board of directors of the Fund hereby inform the shareholders of the above-mentioned sub-funds that it has been decided to merge the sub-fund UBS ETF – MSCI EMU hedged to GBP UCITS ETF into UBS ETF – MSCI EMU UCITS ETF with effect as of 22 August 2017.
