UBS ETFs plc – Notice to shareholders – Liquidation

The board of directors of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of UBS ETFs plc – FTSE 100 SF UCITS ETF (GBP) A-acc, UBS ETFs plc – MSCI Canada SF UCITS ETF (CAD) A-acc and UBS ETFs plc – MSCI Japan SF UCITS ETF (JPY) A-acc, each a sub-fund of the Company (each a «Fund», together the «Funds»), that the Board has resolved to terminate the Funds, such termination to be effective as of 31 July, 2017.
