Switzerland: Temporary withholding tax exemption for bail-in bonds

In June 2, 2016 we informed you that bail-in bonds will be exempt from Swiss withholding tax. As the referendum deadline expired July 7, 2016, this amendment to the Swiss Withholding Tax Act entered into force January 1, 2017.
