Switzerland: Swiss Shareholder Disclosure Law – FINMA modifies reporting requirements for parties with the power to exercise voting rights

Further to our Custody News from April 18, 2016 and September 8, 2016, we informed you about the amendments to the Swiss Shareholder Disclosure Law regarding disclosure of shareholdings which entered into force in January 2016. As a result of the consultation period, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA modifies the reporting requirements for parties with the power to exercise voting rights as of March 1, 2017.
